More On The Way

Prices and purchase options come from the current product listings. Connected services require setup, a suitable service arrangement and network coverage. Images are representative; check the selected product for exact configuration and inclusions.

MADE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE

When the moment is not simple,
the guidance should be.

The CR2 brings the instructions to the responder, with clear graphics, audible prompts and CPR coaching.

Open. Follow. Respond.

A clearly organised layout and preconnected QUIK-STEP electrodes help responders access the pads and follow the next step.

One set of pads. Adult or child.

Child Mode changes energy and CPR guidance without a separate paediatric electrode set. Follow the instructions for age and pad placement.

A clearer voice in a noisy place.

ClearVoice adjusts prompt volume to surrounding noise. A metronome helps the responder keep the CPR pace.

THE CONNECTED CR2 MODELS

Intelligent during a response.
Connected between them.

cprINSIGHT ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGY

Keep the focus
on compressions.

The cprINSIGHT-equipped CR2 can analyse heart rhythm during chest compressions, helping reduce interruptions between CPR and defibrillation.

Always follow the AED instructions to pause or stand clear.

Available in our Wi-Fi and cellular cprINSIGHT range.

Know when attention is needed.

Connected monitoring can report readiness and flag items needing attention. It supports your inspection programme; it does not replace physical checks.

Choose the connection for the site.

Wi-Fi suits a managed site network. Cellular offers another option where local Wi-Fi is impractical. Check coverage and service arrangements for the intended location.

A CLEARER WAY TO COMPARE

Choose the connection.
Then choose the control.

Two decisions separate the six CR2 options in our range. Start here, then explore the model that fits your requirements.

01 / Essential

Standalone AED management.

For sites without a remote-monitoring requirement. Plan regular physical checks and consumable replacement.

Fully automatic or semi-automatic.

02 / Wi-Fi

Connected to your site network.

For sites with suitable Wi-Fi. Confirm network setup and the connected service arrangement.

Fully automatic or semi-automatic.

03 / Cellular

Connected beyond site Wi-Fi.

For locations where local Wi-Fi is impractical. Confirm cellular coverage and the connected service arrangement.

Fully automatic or semi-automatic.

Fully automatic

When a shock is needed, the AED gives safety prompts and delivers it automatically. The responder does not press a shock button.

Semi-automatic

The AED analyses the rhythm and advises when a shock is needed. The responder presses the shock button when instructed.

Both require the responder to follow the voice and visual instructions and ensure everyone is clear for shock delivery.

A useful distinction: therapy electrodes belong with the live AED. Trainer electrodes and the trainer bag belong with the training unit. Keep them clearly separated.

FAMILIARITY STARTS BEFORE AN EMERGENCY

Practise with the CR2.
Not your live AED.

The LIFEPAK CR2 Trainer lets instructors practise simulated AED scenarios without therapeutic shocks, including semi-automatic and fully automatic operation, Child Mode and CPR sequences.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A few things worth knowing before you order, install or replace a CR2.

Compare the models above, choose the right configuration and order your AED and accessories online.

Not necessarily. Stryker specifies four years of standby life for a new CR2 battery installed within one year of manufacture, under the stated conditions. Check the battery dates and operating instructions rather than calculating from the order date alone. Use and environmental conditions can affect life.

No. The electrode expiry is based on the manufacturer’s dating, not your purchase date. Check the expiry printed on the supplied tray, and replace electrodes after use or before they expire, as directed by the manufacturer.

IP55 is not a waterproof or all-weather storage guarantee. Installation still needs to meet the manufacturer’s temperature, moisture and storage requirements. Choose suitable environmental protection for the location. The CR2 carry case is not a watertight enclosure.

No. Connected status information supports your maintenance routine. Keep physical readiness checks, consumable-date checks and replacement procedures in place, following the operating instructions.

No. It simulates AED operation for instruction and cannot provide therapeutic defibrillation. Keep the trainer and its accessories clearly labelled and separate from the live AED.

No. The CR2 Carry Case is listed for the therapeutic AED, while the Trainer Carry Bag is intended for the CR2 Trainer/demo unit. Match the accessory to the device you are ordering for.

Make readiness
part of the everyday.

Choose your CR2, match the accessories and make a plan to keep it ready.

Cypress Medical. Healthcare. Simplified.

Important: In an emergency, call 000. An AED only delivers a shock for a shockable rhythm. CPR and other emergency care may still be required. Follow the AED’s voice and visual prompts. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This product is not a substitute for direct medical attention from a healthcare practitioner.
