Cypress Medical Warranty Policy
Most products sold by Cypress Medical are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by product and manufacturer.
Cypress Medical will assist in managing warranty claims, but warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe a product is faulty:
- Contact Cypress Medical support with your order number.
- Provide a description of the issue and photos where possible.
- Our team will assess the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier.
- You may be asked to return the item for inspection by Cypress Medical, the manufacturer, or the authorised distributor.
If the claim is approved, the manufacturer or authorised distributor may provide repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Note that replacement products are provided once the warranty claim has been assessed and approved.
What's Not Covered
Warranties generally do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or incorrect storage
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Consumable items used during normal operation.
- Damage caused by improper installation or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions.
Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If a failure is minor, the product may be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
