Delivery methods and charges
Unless unavailable for your delivery address, we ship through Startrack Express, and Australia Post. Orders confirmed before 12pm AEST will be shipped out the same day.
All orders attract a $22, inclusive of GST, flat rate delivery fee.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped out, your order will be updated with a tracking number. Via your account, or with the tool below, you can retrieve that number.
I still have not received my order
If you have not received your order, you can track your order with the order above. If you still have an issue please contact us for assistance.
The items received are incorrect or are defective
If there is a problem with your order, Contact Us immediately so we can sort the issue out with warehousing and or our suppliers. We are here for your success.
